Perhaps there is some factor we cannot see; please provide any examples you might have.

This should already be possible for most all 2023 models.
1. Check the version # in the lower RH corner of the screen - should say MANAGER SE 8.5.1.419
2. Sounds like you're on an earlier version; go to Help menu > Check For Updates.
3. Download and install the update.
I AM ON THE ABOVE VERSION WITH NO UPDATES AVAILABLE. ANY OTHER IDEAS? THANK YOU
The current Manager SE 8.5.1.419 release includes these makes for 2023. What are you looking for and not finding?

Turns out one was a Canadian vehicle, Tesla does not vin decode. Also some of the new 2022 Explorers- could be because they are Police interceptors thoough.

Right, vehicles built for sale in the US will decode. Certain law enforcement vehicles are excluded.
Getting very close on TESLA repair info now; just waiting on legal go ahead.

The current release at the moment is SE 8.5.2.670; next release expected in December and that will have a DMV update as well.

Vehicle information when serial number is entered is not being recognized or a valid vin number. Most of these seem to be import brands like Nissan, Mazda, Toyota etc.
When this happens Pro demand is unable to search labor times, procedures etc. We continually have to log in to the online portal of Mitchell Pro Demand for this information.
Quite often i am finding the lack of information and links to information are not up to par. Many of these are vehicles over 5 years old and this information should be available within the program/ program links. I am hoping there will be updates to fix these issues and will keep watch for them.

2004 Mazda B400 Vin # 4F4YR46E97PM05060

This appears to be missing from our VIN tables; I inquired about this. Should have a reply early next week.

Decoded externally, that VIN returns as a 2007 Mazda B4000 pickup.

Can you give us examples of vins that will not decode?

I also have bumped into this issue however, I do not have a specific VIN to give you. This being the case, I have myself a note to send VIN to you or at least call to discover if the issue is simply our computer or if there is a deeper problem.

Thanks for a great product! We rely on Mitchell every single day here.

This VIN omission has been corrected.
It should appear in the next monthly ProDemand deployment and the next Manager SE release sometime after that.
